If you’re tight on space and don’t want a bottle of rarely-used wood polish hogging the shelf, don’t buy it! Wood polish is easy to make in small, single use batches, so you don’t have to worry about trying to jam yet another bottle away under the cupboard.
Depending on the size lemon you use, the polish ends up being around about 1/2 cup of liquid. If you have just one small piece of furniture to polish, reserve half the mixture in a different jar and use for a salad dressing starter!
What You Need

1 Lemon
1 Tablespoon grapeseed or olive oil

2. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of water.
3. Seal the jar tightly and shake, shake, shake until emulsified.
4. Dip your cloth into the polish and make that wood shine!
